About Us

OUR HISTORY  
Pall Spera connected with Stowe in the 1960s – on skis, like many of his clients. He soon recognized the area’s potential for relocations and second homes. In 1969 Spera purchased the 19^th century Gale Farm and opened an office in its classic brick farmhouse. Since then, agents have been involved in commercial and residential development and sales, always with an eye to preservation and support for the Vermont Land Trust. Pall Spera Company maintains membership in multiple organizations, including the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors , National Association of Realtors, the Vermont Real Estate Information Network (VREIN), and the Northern New England REal Estate Network (NNEREN). All associates are state-licensed professionals specializing in residential, commercial and appraisal fields. Consistently, Pall Spera Company represents the area’s largest selection of properties, from starter lots and homes for young families to luxurious estates featured in architectural publications – and historic Vermont residences.Our background works to your advantage. In 2007 Pall Spera Company merged with 2 other companies, Lang Associates and McLaughry Real Estate to form one of the largest networks of real estate professionals in Vermont and New Hampshire, Lang McLaughry Spera. In March of 2009 refinements were made to that relationship, refinements that allow us to offer the same high level of service our clients expect but under the Pall Spera Company name. We still enjoy a strong affiliation with Lang McLaughry Spera.
